IJCAI (International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence) is the premier international gathering of AI researchers and practitioners. Held biennially in odd-numbered years since 1969, IJCAI is sponsored jointly by International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI) , and the national AI societie(s) of the host nation(s).

IJCAI is governed by a Board of Trustees, with operations supported by the IJCAI Secretariat and AAAI.

IJCAI-05 will be held in Edinburgh, Scotland from July 31st to August 5th, 2005. We look forward to seeing you there.

IJCAI-07 announced! IJCAI-07 will be held in Hyderabad, India, in 2007.

Prof.Ramon Lopez de Mantaras, Research Professor of the Spanish Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) and Deputy Director of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of the CSIC, will be the IJCAI-07 Conference Chair.

Prof. Manuela Veloso, Professor of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University., will be the IJCAI-07 Program Chair.
